Chef Ho has enjoyed a long culinary career spanning almost 30 years, working for many hotels and restaurant in Europe and Singapore. Originally from Malaysia, Chef Ho was a young chef when he ventured out of his home country.
Chef Ho made a life-altering decision when he decided to join Orchid Garden Restaurant as Singapore Chinese cuisine Head Chef. After an illustrious 30 years spent honing his culinary skills in Singapore and Europe, he decided to uproot himself by coming on board Nepal’s first Singapore Chinese Restaurant.
